We rely on you to give us give clear instructions so we can produce quality work. Whilst we understand that the startup world is constantly evolving and adapting, being decisive and giving clear instructions is important for us to get the work done.

Be respectful.

We are here to help you navigate your startup journey and grow. That said, it takes two to tango - and we do not entertain clients who treat our members disrespectfully.

Plan ahead.

We know that life is unpredictable. Whilst we do our best to turn documents around at a resonable pace, we need you to do your part and plan your legal needs ahead of time. While there may be urgent matters from time to time, please do not make “last minute” a habit.

Embrace innovation.

We rely heavily on the use of technology and softwares. Some of our products are experimental and we discuss this with you before trying them out. That being said, bugs and glitches will be part of the process. Please be patient with us as we innovate and address your needs simultaneously.

Be mindful.

We share a lot of information on our website, which we hope is helpful for startup founders alike. That said, please do not abuse the information that has been provided.

Be reasonable.

We try our best to be as startup friendly as possible. We don’t ask you for freebies, so please don’t expect freebies from us.

Be moral.

We want to build unicorns - but we want to build it the right way. We place an implicit stamp in the transactions that we support, and we will gently decline a transaction if we don’t think that things are being done right.
